POLICY
IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU MAY RETURN
THE ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE (please refer to our excluded items below).
RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, INSTRUCTIONS,
PACKING MATERIAL, ETC.. ON OR BEFORE THE FIFTEENTH (15) DAY FROM
THE ORIGINAL POSTMARK (Original Shipping Date). There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges.
Return Authorization Number (RAN) Required:
1. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required for all product
returns. This number must be posted on the exterior of the returned
package. Any parcel received without an authorized number will be
refused and returned to the sender. All returns must include the
original manufacturers packaging to qualify for an exchange. Please
note that exchanges do not include shipping, handing or postage
fees, no exceptions. Please email charmed@extremezone.com
to obtain your Return Authorization Number. Once you are given your
(RAN) we will confirm the address to return your package to. Some
products are shipped directly from the designer and we request that
you ship them back to the designer's address.
For your protection, we suggest you insure and return your package
with a shipper who utilizes tracking information, such as USPS,
UPS or FedEx as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
All Exchanges will incur a 15% exchange/restocking charge per item
plus new shipping and handling charges.
Items Excluded From The Return Policy:
- Apparel , Carriers, Beds, Blankets, Perishables (Treats) –
Due to health regulations, we can not accept returns on these
items. Therefore, please note details, sizes, weight restrictions,
etc.. before making your final decision. Please call us at 480-966-0561
if you have any questions
- Plush Toys - Because the type of breed and age plays an important
role in a dog's chewing and playing habits, we can not guarantee
that any plush toy that we sell will withstand your dog's level
of chewing aggression. Therefore, no plush toys are returnable.
Defective Products:
If you receive an item that is incorrect, defective or damaged,
you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will be
happy to correct the problem. |
